Robyn is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside! We’ve been so grateful for her support of Mother’s Choice through the years, acting as host and emcee at key events and also supporting us practically in times of need. Robyn is professional, kind, and a real pleasure to work with.”

Alia Eyres, Chief Executive Officer, Mother’s Choice

“Robyn has been a role model in the field of sports in Hong Kong for many years. She has successfully transformed from a record-breaking Hong Kong swimming Olympic representative to a charismatic emcee, and has involved herself in various community and charitable initiatives. Robyn has been the emcee for the Hong Kong Tennis Open since it was inaugurated in 2014 and has been an integral part of the event’s tremendous success.”

Christopher Lai, CEO, Hong Kong Tennis Association

“Robyn’s professionalism and experience are what really sets her apart from other MCs. She is a meticulous planner, great communicator and a polished public speaker.  She is charismatic and exudes a level of confidence that enables her to engage intimately with the crowd. Her personable appeal combined with her talent to improvise also make her a great live interviewer on the air.  She has certainly been a real asset to the annual Hong Kong Tennis Open.”

Philip Mok, President, Hong Kong Tennis Association

“I have known Robyn for many years and she has always been the most thoughtful and sweet person. We have worked together on many occasions and Robyn has always performed beyond her responsibilities and with flying colors. Robyn will light up any room she walks into with her beauty and charm.”

Jerome Leung, President of the Diocesan Old Boys’ Association

“Starting the Longines Masters of Hong Kong, world class show-jumping event in 2013 was a challenge on many fronts. One of the biggest obstacles was to create a link with the Hong Kong public, which had little experience with equestrian sports aside from the 2008 Beijing Olympics. I looked for an emcee who would be able to bridge this unique lifestyle experience of equestrian sports, with the prestige of prize presentation ceremonies and to appeal to this special blend of audience. With her appearance, professionalism and the goodwill she creates, Robyn achieved all those requirements in a most natural and uplifting way. Thanks to her enchanting voice and presence, she was able to captivate the public and invite them to learn more about this unique sport. Over the past seven years, Robyn has been invaluable in making “The Masters” a highlight on the Hong Kong sporting calendar. She is certainly a lady to come back for at the annual rendezvous of the Longines Masters in February.”

Frank Lombaers, Show Director, Longines Masters of Hong Kong

In early 1991 I took up the position of Head Swim Coach at the Hong Kong Institute of Sport and National Coach of the Hong Kong Swimming Team. This brought me into immediate contact with 12-year-old Robyn Lamsam and a fine group of athletes and people. Robyn was instantly successful as a very young athlete. 4 years later, she was an integral member of Hong Kong’s historic silver medal-winning women’s 4x100m relay at the 1994 Hiroshima Asian Games, along with her personal bronze medal performance in the 50m freestyle. During this 4-year period, Robyn held a total of 21 Hong Kong national long course & short course records. She achieved record-breaking performances at World Cup competitions, the Commonwealth Games, Pan Pacific Championships and Olympics, representing Hong Kong with great outcomes and distinction. Robyn was exceptional and outstanding in life, and delivered in all that she set herself to challenge. Not only was she a world-class athlete, she also excelled in academia and music. Today, Robyn has taken this same achieving attitude into marriage and motherhood – she is a fine young woman displaying all the continued traits of a winning life.

“No other presenter can replace her charisma, elegance and class. But more importantly, Robyn is kind. No attitude, no drama. Just kind and strong from the heart.”

Hannah Cheng

“It is not necessary for me to write much about Robyn’s immense talent, intelligence, charisma, eloquence and elegance, as they are well known and obvious to all who have met her. As a presenter, she communicates beautifully in front of an audience. Behind the scenes, she communicates and works effectively both independently and in teams. She makes her work look effortless, but behind it all, she has kept the discipline, hard work and spirit of excellence that stemmed from her Olympics days. We love working with her because no matter how stressful and challenging it is, Robyn’s warmth, sense of fun and humour always help! Above all, it is her heart for others that I am most proud of. My husband and I are so humbled that year after year, she has faithfully chosen to make time from her busy schedule to support our charity among the many others that she supports.”
